L321 - Cumdivock Circuit x 3

HQ Area: Rosley *

START approximately 8 miles south west of Carlisle at a field gate on an unclassified road 350 yards south of Rosley Church cross roads.   Proceed south to the B5305 at Rosley where left to Goose Green.   Turn left on to the B5299 & continue through Welton to turn left approximately one mile south of Dalston (Hawksdale) to Cumdivock Wl Hall & Church.   Turn left to East Curthwaite & then left towards Rosley Church.   Turn left at Rosley Church crossroads then proceed past the START & repeat the circuit for a further 2 laps. On the final circuit (3rd), FINISH at a field gate on the left 0.5 miles after the crest at Howrigg just before the start of the trees lining both sides of the road which is 500 yards before Rosley Church crossroads, (approximately 32 miles).
