Cycling Time Trials Scholarship was established in January 2006 with support from Yellow Ltd/Rudy Project.

The idea of the Scholarship is to enable riders to be based in Europe and sample Continental Racing.

The first beneficiary of the scholarship was James Millard (twice former winner of the Espoir category of the RTTC-Rudy Project Time Trial Series and current domestic professional rider).

In 2008 the scholarship supported a number of riders including Adam Blythe who gained a ride as a stagiaire for the South African Konica-Minolta team at the end of the season. Adam had a number of wins during the year in Belgium as well as in the Tour of Hong Kong.

In 2009 the Scholarship will once again supporting a small number of riders. Adam, Richard & Tom will  be based in Belgium, Emma in Holland.
